Little Black Magic

I love a great LBD (little black dress) and when I came across this one I just knew it was the way I wanted to walk into 2016. Rare that I would be so prepared and actually plan out having a NYE dress in advance because we ended up ditching the expensive night out for an evening in with our puppies by the fire. It was possibly the best New Years yet just the four of us all together. Singing, eating pizza, and sipping champagne while watching the ball drop in our pajamas.  No fancy dress necessary.

Luckily I had a little magic up my sleeve and surprised my husband with a staycation at The Hotel Ivy. You may have seen a few photos on instagram, but we had the loveliest time. We rang in New Year’s Day just relaxing together concluded with a scrumptious dinner at Monello. I was thrilled to have fancy dinner reservations so I could wear this fab little number for our first date in 2016!
