Cozy Valentine’s inspired meal at home + a giveaway with Local Crate

When I first met Frank and Mike from Local Crate we were at a coffee shop sipping lattes and talking business, ideas, and collabs. Then their beautifully curated crate of goodness arrived and I understood exactly what they were raving about. And now it’s my turn to share with you, and trust me you will want to get in on this culinary goodness.

We invited our dearest couple friends over for an evening celebrating together and had such a fabulous time cooking and entertaining. Local Crate customized a very special “Local Valentine’s” crate just for you (click here to see details) and the one you love for this special holiday. We sipped on craft cocktails by Tattersall Distilling, beautiful appetizers by Red Table Meat Co. & The Lone Grazer Creamery, and enjoyed an outrageous dessert by Patisserie 46. All while seated around an intimate setting in our home styled by Maven Events and beautifully captured by Paul Weaver.

Being at home with friends was so relaxing. Surrounded by our doggies, good food, cocktails, a cozy fire and great conversation, (lots of jokes thanks to my husband) it really was the perfect way to celebrate this holiday. Knowing we were enjoying a healthy and locally sourced meal made it even more special. I hope this inspires you to look at your holiday a little differently and bring back the joy of being together.
