Boho in Central Park

NYC! The name alone creates a world of interest. When you utter the words New York out loud, most of its visitors have immediate reactions. Love it or hate it, it is a force to be reckoned with.  A city busting at the seams, constantly on the move, evolving, changing, and buzzing with energy.  I have mixed emotions about NYC, I love visiting, but I kinda never mind leaving for open skies and green lawns (but that is just a very small opinion and I do not think it is the majority!)

I set out on my trip to the Big Apple with one goal in mind, to attend 2015 Spring New York Fashion Week! However, a little tourism was welcomed after three full days of runway shows, parties and fashion! Along with my blogger besties, we strolled through Central Park, listened to music, embraced the beauty, and snapped a few blog ready photos. Our time in the park was quickly followed by ice cream, macaroons, and ended with the most magical play on broadway,  An American in Paris. It was an afternoon well spent, and one I will always cherish as being a favorite trip to the Big Apple. (more to come on my time at NY fashion week).

Feeling a bit boho yesterday after dressing for the shows, wearing heels, running around town, I wanted, (no I needed) a day of easy breezy attire! I paired this adorable printed wrap Leith dress with my new Monk booties by Sol Sana and a wide-brimmed hat to shade the sun while touring NYC. You can shop all these items by clicking the photos below which will take you directly to the website to order. Enjoy – XO Tamara Brooke

Super chic love – the hat and dress is so chic! And love to see that you are dressing for the weather – still some fall touches, but not in layers on layers!
