Motivate Monday – The Power of Positive Thinking

Motivate Monday + 5 Tips to stay on track

Did you know that by just thinking positively you can change your health, success and find inner satisfaction and peace?

I am usually a glass half full kind of girl, but lately have been feeling less and less positive and more like that glass is quickly emptying. I did a little research on the topic and came across an article that speaks to the benefits of positive thinking, here are a few below:

  • Improve your immune system
  • Increase your life span
  • Reduce Depression
  • Create greater inner power and strength to inspire and help motivate others
  • Help aid in overcoming life’s difficulties

Which was ultimately the food for thought I needed to change my attitude and mindset. On these awkward grey and gloomy days it can be hard to find motivation to think about anything remotely positive,  but it can be done. We should apparently be doing it a lot more!

So now that you are working on feeling positive about yourself, how about looking good while doing it? Motivate Monday’s are some of my favorite posts and wearing my Tonic Lifestyle Apparel around makes me feel good inside and out, which is apparently doing more for me than I ever knew before.

    Okay, these workout clothes are seriously so cute and I LOVE how you dressed them up with the heels! Also your bod is perfection!!!!!!
